Current status of work
• Geotechnical investigation for the complete 135 km is nearing completion with major locations like Vaitarna River, Virar & Boisar bullet train station already completed
• Work on two of the mountain tunnels has also commenced in this region
• Pier foundation work has commenced at multiple locations
• Casting yards are being developed for full span and segment casting of girders
