About NHSRCL Vigilance

NHSRCL Vigilance is the nodal organisation for handling all vigilance matters of the National High Speed Rail Corporation Limited, including its operations outside Delhi. The Chief Vigilance Officers (CVO) heads the unit.

Vigilance unit NHSCRL provides a link between the organization, the Vigilance unit of the Ministry of Railways and the Central Vigilance Commission.

The function of vigilance is to conduct preventive checks, suggest system improvements, investigate the complaints received from various sources, carry out detail CTE type investigation and investigate the observations raised by CTE during their intensive examination. The role of Vigilance is also to improve system & procedures of the organisation to eliminate/ reduce corruption and to promote transparency and ease of doing business. The objective is to develop a clean and efficient work culture to enhance the efficiency of the organisation.

Observance of Vigilance Awareness Week, is also one of the key function of vigilance, so as to collectively participate in the prevention of corruption and to sensitize the public against the menace of corruption.
