Any citizen of India who desires to obtain any information under the Right to Information Act, 2005 (Act) may make a request to the PIO, National High Speed Rail Corporation Limited, 5th to 7th Floors, Tower D, World Trade Centre, Nauroji Nagar, New Delhi - 110029 or submit RTI online at https://rtionline.gov.in/

Application Fee: In accordance to directive given in the Gazette notification issued by Deptt. of Personnel & Training, Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pension, Govt. of India, vide no. 34012/8(s)/2005-Estt.(B) dated 16.09.2005, the application for obtaining Information under sub-section (1) of section 6 must be accompanied by prescribed application fee. At present the application fee is as Rs 10/-.

Mode of Payment:  By cash against proper receipt or by demand draft/banker's cheque / postal order drawn in favour of ‘National High-Speed Rail Corporation Ltd..' Persons who belong to BPL category are not required to pay any fee provided necessary documents are produced in support of their claim.

Additional Fee: In case additional fees are required, the applicant will be informed about the same. RTI fee of Rs 10/- can be submitted by cash, through Indian Postal Order(IPO) or through Demand Draft (DD) in favour of National High Speed Rail Corporation Limited, 5th to 7th Floors, Tower D, World Trade Centre, Nauroji Nagar, New Delhi - 110029

The fee (in cash/IPO/DD) can only be submitted at the office of Public Information Officer (PIO), National High Speed, 5th to 7th Floors, Tower D, World Trade Centre, Nauroji Nagar, New Delhi - 110029

One can personally deposit the fee (in cash/IPO/DD) at the office of PIO or alternatively he / she may have sent IPO or DD by post to following address.
