Instructions for filling up online application form (for applicants)

• Please keep all required documents in one file of size not more than 5 MB ready before starting online application form. Kindly refer NHSRCL Procedure order https://nhsrcl.in/sites/default/files/2022-05/Proc%20NOC%20%282%29.pdf to check list of required documents
• Please make sure that you are providing a valid email id & phone number in the application. NHSRCL officials may get in touch with you on these email id and phone numbers
• MAHSR Chainage: If you are not sure about the chainage, please get in touch with your respective NHSRCL project office/CPM office. Contact details of NHSRCL project offices is available on https://www.nhsrcl.in/en/contact-us
• Once your online application form is submitted successfully, you will receive an acknowledgement email with a Unique Reference Number. Please quote this Reference Number in all communications to NHSRCL in this regard
• Submission of hard copy of application form is mandatory. Please submit all required documents, application form, a copy of acknowledgement email received from online application form to the concerned CPM office within 7 days of online application. • Online submission of application form is mandatory. For assistance in filling up the online application form, concerned CPM office may be contacted.
• Applicant should upload scanned NOC/Wayleave application letter and important supporting documents/file of maximum size 5 MB. However, while submitting printed copy of complete set of NOC/Wayleave to concerned field office, all documents and drawings should be attached.
